Scratch Jr

 Hello welcome back to my blog 

Today I was at the student summit. I choose 4 different sessions to do. The one the one that I like to best was Scratch Jr.It was easy for me because I've used Scratch Jr  before. I made a animation about a car about to run over a rabbit but the rabbit saves it self by getting out of the way. It was mostly easy but in one part I had to fix a few stuff. One of things that I had to fix up is when the bunny went on top of the building so I had  to take a few steps off the bunny.Have you been to a student summit.Thank you for reading my blog.

Bark rubbing

Today I will  be showing my bark rubbing. We had to get a crayon and paper and go outside then find a tree and put your paper on the tree and use your crayon. It was  a bit hard because we had to find all kinds of patterns. Here is one of them

        

 The reason we did this is because we are looking at the different types of trees, leaves, barks and plants in the forest for topic.

Layers of the forest

Today I will be showing you my work about layers of the forest. What is layers of the forest you may ask. In a forest you may have 5 or 4 layers. First layer is the forest floor this is where all of the insects and newborn plants are. Second is the understory layer this is where the small trees and plants are. Third the canopy layer this is where most birds fly.Emergent layer is the tallest part of the forest.

How to make a milo

Today our class made a hot chocolate. Firstly we had to find a buddy. Then we waited for four people to  finished there hot chocolate.It was set up at the blue table in the corner. We where the first to come up we had to use my recipe because she didn't put in milk in her recipe . it was very plain and my buddy said it tasted like the paper cup the the hot chocolate. We asked for hot water because it was only to half way.

How to make an  milo

Equipment you will need 

• A mug

• Teaspoon

• Sugar 

• milo powder 

• Milk

• Marshmallows

• Whipped cream

• Crushed oreos

1. Grab your mug

2. Get your milo powder 

3. Get two teaspoons of milo powder

4. Put in your milo powder in the mug 

5. Grab your milk

6. Pour in your milk 

7. Get one teaspoon of sugar 

8. Put in your sugar in the mug

9. Mix

10. Take out the filling of a pack oreos

11. Put your oreos cookies ij

12. Put whipped cream on the milo 

13. Can your oreo crumbles 

14. Put in some marshmallows 

15. Drink it up
